Cooking Dog
Blue's Angel Food Cake
1 package angel food cake
1 can (20oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain juice off)

Mix two items together, place in 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Max's Devilish Eggs
Boiled eggs
Cream cheese
Sun dried peppers or tomatoes or both
Shredded cheese of choice
Pepperoni or other Italian sausage ( optional)

Split eggs
Use 1/2 yolk and 1/2 cream cheese
Press any oil our of peppers/tomatoes
Dice all ingredients
Mix all together until even
Fill eggs

Equals one bite size pizza!

Ali's Fruit Smoothie

Serves 4
1 lg. Banana peeled
1 C. crushed pineapple in juice,  chilled
1 C. orange juice, chilled
1/2 C. ice
1/2 C. fresh or frozen blueberries
sugar or splenda ( if desired)
Fresh strawberries

Slice banana and place in blender along with pineapple, orange juice and ice.  Blend until smooth.  Add blueberries and sugar: blend again.  Pour into 4 tall glasses and garnish with strawberries.
Lexi's Crunchy Broccoli Casserole
Vegetable oil spray
1 bunch fresh broccoli

Sauce:
2 T. chicken broth (low sodium)
1 C. finely chopped onion (2 medium)
1/2 C. diced red bell pepper
4 T. flour
1 C. fat free milk
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/4 C. grated romano or parmesan cheese
1 T. basil, fresh or dried finely chopped
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. nutmeg
1/8 t. white pepper
1 C. unsalted croutons, coarsely crushed
2 T. finely chopped dry roasted walnuts

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Lightly spray a 9x13x2 baking dish with vegetable oil spray. 
Cut broccoli into 4 inch pieces.  Steam for 4 minutes. Arrange in 2 lengthwise rows in baking dish.  Set aside.
For sauce, in medium pan, heat 2 T. broth over medium high heat.  Cook onions and bell peppers 2-3 minutes. 
In a small bowl whisk together flour and milk, whisk milk mixure and 2 cups  broth into onion mixture.  Reduce heat to medium and cook whisking constantly, until thickened.  Whisk in remaining sauce ingredients. 

Pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle broutons and walnuts over top. 
Bake 25 minutes.

Lexi’s Guiltless Banana Pudding
1 C. fat free milk
1 small package fat free vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz. Frozen nonfat whipped topping, thawed ( cool whip)
2/3 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 T. plus 1 t. fresh lemon juice
20 reduced fat vanilla wafers, whole or crushed
2 medium bananas

In large mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix until thickened.
Fold in whipped topping, condensed milk and lemon juice.  Layer half the vanilla wafers, 1/2 the bananas and half the pudding mixture in a 8 inch square glass dish, repeat.  Put plastic wrap on surface of pudding and refrigerate.
