Pet of the Month - May 2017 - Henry

“Hey, let’s check out the bird swap.” Little did we know, we’d be coming home with a puppy!
When we got Henry home, he was very underweight, with lots of worms, fleas and mange. With a trip to the vet and lots of love and care, he started to become a healthy puppy.
Henry enjoys playing with his toys, cuddling, begging for food, and barking at the cats outside. He likes to go on car rides (except when it’s to the vet), was around Big Woods Lake and his weekly 4 Queens ice cream run on Sunday nights. Henry loves hanging out with his Mama and Dad and even sleeps between them at bedtime. Every time someone comes home, it is afive minute celebration for Henry.
He’s a smart dog, sometimes too smart for his own good. He was potty trained in less than two weeks, and catches on fast while learning new tricks. We even have commands for him in sign language!
May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month, and Henry's Mom is fighting a brave fight. Please check out the benefit event that will be happening on Saturday, June 10th!
