Pet of the Month - April 2018 - Cinder

Cinder is my feral rescue success story. He was Adopted Cat of the Month in “Rescue Proud” magazine in September/October, 2015.
Cinder is the sweetest cat, especially considering his feral beginnings. Just the second time he was held, he was ready to come in and join my furry feline family .
His purr is musical. It sounds like he is purring the scales up and down. Unfortunately, I’m the only one who has gotten to hear this musical purr since he was a kitten as his feral start in life has made him shy of other humans.
Cinder is the only of my five cats who will take a treat directly from my fingers without me laying it down for him to check out first. He is always hungry, something I attribute to his feral start in life. He is my sweet Cinder(man).
